Roswell City Walk is part of downtown Roswell’s Groveway project, which is a community-driven initiative to revitalize the historic district. It is designed to offer a unique community and live/work space, enhancing the pedestrian experience along Frazier and Norcross Streets and connecting these historic streets through an internal “main” street, anchored by an internal park area. The development’s architectural style is reminiscent of historic mill architecture typical of the Piedmont area of Georgia.
